Mert Malki, President and Managing Broker of A.R.I Financial & Realty, based in Newport Beach, California is a 15-year residential real estate industry veteran. 

At an early age his parents moved to California and he grew up in Riverside area. Mert graduated from California State University of Fullerton in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He started his career working at various residential brokerages, commercial real estate lenders including Lehman Brothers Bank, FSB. He received extensive training and certificates in California  Finance Lender law and Real Estate laws. In 2009, when most lenders and brokers were exiting the market, he saw this as an opportunity to start his own boutique style brokerage firm.

Year after year Mert has worked in every aspect of the real estate industry guiding local, national and multi-national clients with their residential and commercial real estate acquisitions in Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego counties. His unique background and skills allow him to work on wide spectrum of real estate transactions from distressed sales (short sales, foreclosure auctions etc.) to high-end luxury real estate. His attention to details, hands-on involvement from beginning to the end, and treating every transaction the same by giving his full attention no matter what size of project is what makes him unique and successful.

Mert Malki and his team is also fluent in French, Turkish and Arabic, and we have Spanish and Chinese speaking colleagues in our office as well.

Delia graduated from Webster University in 2006 with Masters in International Business.
Grew up in Southern California worked Sage Hill High School, City of Laguna Beach and the City of Newport Beach. Received her real estate license in 2015  and joined our team. She is in charge of day to day operations, marketing and sales. Delia also overseas our residential and commercial rental transactions.

She also uses her strong background in marketing and experience of building and zoning codes within her daily functions as a real estate professional.
